All orders are dispatched from Melbourne, Australia. We do our best to package and post every order within 1–3 business days of receiving it.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates provided by Australia Post and do not include the 1–3 day handling time before dispatch. Delays may occur during public holidays, sales periods, or due to unforeseen postal disruptions.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey.
Our Returns Policy
Viktoria’s Shop is committed to providing handcrafted products of the highest quality. Our returns policy is in line with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Because every item is handmade in small batches and includes products intended for personal use, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully.
Faulty or Damaged
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or significantly different to what was advertised, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement under Australian Consumer Law.
7-Day Window
Please report any issues within 7 days of receiving your order. Include clear photos of the item and packaging in your email so we can help you quickly.
Eligibility
Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them — unless the item is faulty.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or sent in error — in which case we’ll cover the return.
How to Request a Return
Get in touch within 7 days
Email us at viktoria@viktoriasshop.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order, with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos.
We’ll review and respond
We’ll review your request and respond within 2 business days with the next steps and, where applicable, the return address.
Send the item back
If a return is approved, please post the item back to us in its original packaging using a tracked service. Hold onto your tracking number until your refund or replacement is processed.
Receive your refund or replacement
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund or replacement within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
A gentle reminder: Each Viktoria’s Shop product is made by hand — small variations in colour, scent, and finish are part of what makes them special, and these are not considered faults.
