Our policy
At Viktoria's Shop, we comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). This means you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure with your product, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

We'll assess the situation and get back to you promptly with a suitable solution.
If a return is needed, we'll provide full instructions. Please note: we do not cover return shipping costs unless the product is confirmed faulty or sent in error.
